Silkscreen printing and reflow carriers
The silk screen printing process is the first stage in the production of electronic boards. A support is placed on a silk screen printer, a stencil is laid over the circuit board and the solder paste is applied to the circuit board with a squeegee through the openings in the stencil. After screen printing, the electronic components are inserted automatically using an insertion machine. Once the components are inserted, the circuit boards are sent on a conveyer belt to a reflow oven and it is in this stage that the components in contact with the paste will be soldered. To carry out these three stages, some customers use silk screen printing plates/pose/reflow (SMC supports).
