High performancecomposite material for thermal insulation

Thermalite 220 (or Glastherm HT220) is a heat inbsulation material based on mat glass epoxy resin. TH220 has been designed for die-cast heat insulation.

Thermalite 220 properties enables rapid die heating-up process and therefore rapid start-up of the machines. Your process stability ensure a high level for your products.

Typical applications:

  • Injection dies and presses
  • Molds and tools
  • Rubber presses
